Refund and Cancellation Policy
REFUND
It is our policy to refund any order that is received with damage. Proof of damage must be recorded upon receipt, such as a photo of the damage. Call our office at (715)265-4284
And we will send a call tag to have the package picked up. An investigation of the damaged package will be conducted. If the damage indeed occurred during shipping after leaving
our facility, we will replace your product.
CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled before they are received into production.
